    Certainly a much healthier cake which I would bake if not for the long list of ingredients involved lol! Great take on this recipe, baking is bite sizes is always good if one wants to control eating:P

    These look yummy. I love the fresh blueberries in these. Also I think they look cute in the shape of a heart.

    Hi Kit,

    I am amazed with this recipe too! My family has requested for more??? We like these cakes but prefer cakes with a little more fat :p

    you know kit, i told joyce later that i would not hv picked the cake if i knew there's a long list of ingredients there..i actually overlooked there's a second page in the book! haha! glad to know that it has turned out good for you !
