This is my favourite comfort food ... Chicken Curry . I cook curry quite often , at least once a week . Yup, I'm a curry lover ! LOL I like adding fruits or seasonal vegetables in my curries not forgetting extra chillis too . LOL So this is my autumn version of chicken curry with apples . We love the tartness of the apples of this chicken curry that brings it to a whole new level of deliciousness . Thanks to my friend Chai Leng from Gcl.Dunster.Nl for passing me some dried curry leaves all the way from

Hi Kit,
ReplyDeleteIve never thought of using apples in curries! I think if I cooked curries adding apples instead of potatoes, everyone in the family will start questioning me why, how come,? Of course, we have to change new way instead of the old traditional ones, right? I bet it must be as GOOOOOD!!
This chicken apple curry looks perfect for the fall. YUM!
ReplyDeleteHi Kit, recently I came across some recipes of apple curry and was curious how is the taste like :) I guess it is quite unique.
ReplyDeleteHi Kit, the only fruit I had used in curry or assam curry is pineapple. Adding apples to curry is interesting. Looks good !
ReplyDeleteKit , apples in curry sounds really interesting ! The tartness of the apples and the heat from the spice must be really good !
ReplyDeleteHi Kit,
ReplyDeleteI'm the same as Karen. The only fruit that I will eat in curry is only pineapple. The addition of apple in curry sounds very innovative and interesting to me.
